Secret RF is a fractional radiofrequency microneedling treatment from US aesthetic devices manufacturer Cutera. The treatment is designed to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate dull, tired or ageing skin. 

The depth of the needles can be adjusted, allowing them to reach different depths within the layers of the skin, and the treatment can be used on all skin types.
