Miss Elizabeth D Hawkes MBBS, BSc, FRCOphth is a highly respected Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon based in London. After a number of years researching on upper eyelid blepharoplasty and multiple consultations, I decided to go ahead with the surgery with Dr Elizabeth Hawkes.
